We know how excited you are to receive your purchased items and because of that we will do our best to always ship purchases out as soon as possible after purchase via USPS, and 2-3 business days during restocks or launches. Sin Miedo Market will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout and is not responsible for lost packages if the address is entered incorrectly. If you reach out to Sin Miedo Market prior to the package being shipped to update an incorrect address, we will do our best to accommodate the change when possible. These changes are NOT guaranteed to happen, please ensure that you receive a response from us confirming any updated address changes.
Unfortunately, we know that things can get lost in transportation and Sin Miedo Market is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked delivered by the mail carrier. Although we are not responsible for lost packages, Sin Miedo Market will do its best to help find missing packages. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages dropped off at USPS transfers to the buyer once packages are dropped off at the post office. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service purchased from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item needs to be replaced because something went wrong with the order, you must contact Sin Miedo Market within 3 days of delivery of the item/s. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns /exchanges will not be finalized and credited until the item/s are received by Sin Miedo Market. Returns/exchanges must be requested for consideration via email first, items returned without emailing first will not be accepted.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Sin Miedo Market also requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
